Helping companies move from complexity to structured growth

01

The first step for every client. In one working session, we'll review where you stand, and you'll receive a written report within 5 business days, with the fee credited in full toward any package if you continue within 60 days. Best for anyone starting to think about raising capital. If you're not ready, the report says so, and it's yours to keep. We start with a list: everyone you know, what each might invest, added up. It tells you what your raise can be before you set the number. That list is chapter one of your Raise Playbook. You also receive Running the Raise, the client-only companion to the free guide.
- Raise amount and structure
- Investor proposition
- Financial story
- Existing materials
- Diligence readiness
- Offering structure
- Founder/investor positioning
- Gaps that could derail the raise

Frequently asked questions
What's included in the Readiness Assessment?
In one working session, we review your business and raise plans and deliver a written report within 5 business days on where you stand and which package fits. The $1,500 fee is credited in full toward any package if you continue within 60 days.
What's the difference between Network Raise and Growth Capital?
Network Raise ($15,000) fits raises up to $1M from your own accredited-investor network under 506(b) or 506(c). Growth Capital ($20,000) fits revenue-stage companies raising up to $10M with a broader offering package.
When do I need the Reg CF Package instead?
If your raise includes non-accredited investors, Reg CF ($25,000) is the right package. It prepares your offering for a public crowdfunding launch in about 6 weeks, with 90 days of launch support.
Can I add a private placement memorandum or extend to Reg CF later?
Yes. A private placement memorandum add-on is $5,000 for Network Raise or Growth Capital clients. Network Raise clients moving to Reg CF can add the Reg CF Extension for $15,000.
What does the 90 days of launch support include?
The 90 days are built around your Raise Playbook. Four working sessions timed to the raise: a launch session where the first wave of messages goes out with Joel on the call, a first-replies session, a second-wave session, and a close-and-chase session. Between sessions, your reply drafts and your weekly numbers are reviewed on Slack within 24 business hours. Each of the three packages also includes a rehearsal: a mock investor meeting before the real ones. Additional sessions can be added with a $1,500 support block.
What if my company is based outside the US?
Non-US companies raising from US investors can work with us for an international premium of $10,000 added to the relevant package.
What is the Raise Playbook?
A 20-chapter manual built around your company, not a template. It covers your offering in plain words, your story and the ten facts investors will test, your network exported, cleaned and ranked, your messages written in your voice, the questions investors ask with your answers, what never to say, how to find the first investor, how to close, and a 90-day calendar. Growth Capital and Reg CF clients also get the chapters on reaching accredited investors in your industry and area, or your community through a portal, with the sources and the step-by-step method for building the list. Your sending, tracking and booking tools are set up in your own accounts. We never contact an investor for you; we leave you with no reason not to. The Playbook builds on Running the Raise, the general guide to asking, launching, tracking and closing that every client receives.
Is the Raise Playbook different for a Network Raise, Growth Capital and Reg CF?
Same spine, different chapters. The chapters do not change from client to client: the offering in plain words, the list, the sequence, the meeting, the questions, the close. What fills them is yours: your terms, your numbers, your names, your voice, your industry's sources. The network chapters are in every version. Growth Capital adds reaching accredited investors beyond your network under 506(c): strategic partners in your industry, likely-accredited professionals in your area, angel groups, and the funds and family offices with a thesis that fits. Reg CF adds the community campaign: your own customers and audience in waves, testing the waters, the portal's thresholds, and every message written to the Reg CF communication rules. That is why the playbook can be included rather than sold, and why it works.
